Well, I failed this time round.

I had some great muscadavo sugar from a friend some time back and had decided to put it into good use.
Went to find a random brown sugar cookie from online and started on with it.
No doubt i should have saw the mistakes and avoid it but I was thinking
Hey! The fellow may not be wrong you know.

Went on with the creaming and baking.
Results was hideous.
The cookies spreaded and merge into a huge piece of blob which later become a big piece of cookie. Not from over creaming but the insufficent flour was added.
And the taste was horrifying as the after taste from the baking soda linger on the tongue after gulping a glass of water.

Nope, this time I wun be sharing the recipe till i perfect it. =(
