Chocolate Peppermint Cookies.

If you recalled, i have a box peppermint chocolate sitting on the table while i was baking the chocolate caramel.
Well, i can't finish it and decided to bake some cookies with it. =)


the creaming method. a must. but never over fold ur flour mixture or u have ur cookie spreading during the baking.




putting the dough into littel blobs and adding a piece of broken chocolate to each cookie dough. =)



Baking and expanding in process. The reason i put them so apart was because i really have no idea if the recipe was to fail me. haha.

Cookies turns out fine. Thou i would have preferred it to be slightly sweeter. =)
